Education is not merely concerned with a merely of the 3 R's. It is concerned with the integrated development of the personality of an individual; his physical, cultural, aesthetic, social, mental and emotional aspects. We would like the school to see if it can provide a richly varied pattern of activities to cater to the development of children's entire personality." While it is true that academics should be given priority because of the need to acquire knowledge and the basic competencies of learning , but learning should not be construed as limited only to formal classroom instructions. Learning by doing or through relevant practical activities or approach is a much more effective way 

                Recognizing the importance of providing educational activities that enrich and broaden student experiences as an integral part of the curriculum as well as beyond the normal academic day, the School Committee supports the development of co-curricular activities. Finally, the importance of co-curricular programs, projects and activities is grounded on the idea that education does not stop inside the classroom, it extends beyond school walls and formal training, and that quality education depends largely on the capability to integrate formal education in a bigger world of learning called life through co-curricular and practical training.
