INBOUND STUDENTS EXCHANGE PROGRAMME FROM 24-29 JAN 2019

Army Public School Barrackpore enjoyed the prerogative of hosting a delegation from Bangladesh Army-run Educational Institutions from 24-29 Jan 2019. Sixteen delegates that included two officers, two mentors and twelve students from Bangladesh were warmly received in a special morning assembly. The contingent witnessed a cultural programme signalised by the institution and displayed their cultural acumen in a brief country presentation during the cultural programme in the school and during the social evening that paved way for enthusiastic participation from both the sides. The delegation partook in teaching-learning activities, visited the laboratories and classrooms and Army Pre Primary School as a brief part of the visit.      The contingent was taken to prominent landmarks in Kolkata that also included Republic Day Parade at Red Road and meeting with the literary icon Mr Ruskin Bond at Tata Steel Kolkata Literary Meet on the sprawling grounds of Victoria Memorial, Kolkata. The entire event will be cherished by the institution in the years to come and would inspire the school community to strive for further accomplishments.
